Demo Assist Web Site and Branding

May 29, 2008

The Client: DemoAssist delivers Next Generation Converged Communications Solution demonstrations to certified Business and Development Partners through secure VPN internet connectivity on a monthly membership basis. DemoAssist delivers a more cost effective solution by spreading the investment of this service amongst our many subscribers.

The Brief: To design a logo, business cards and a website. The basic idea behind the logo and the business cards was to design something that was simple and subtle but made an impact. With the website the client wanted something that would enable users to understand a tricky concept without having to spend too much time on the site. They wanted their users to go a-ha now I know what you guys do. We also designed a database solution that included a payment gateway so people could register and manage their demo’s online.

The Process: We stuck with our normal process of understanding the target demographic and what they would be looking for on the website. We also got inputs from the client about their business and understood what their goals for the website were. Once we had the inputs we worked up a couple of mock ups and then based on client input finalized a design that would deliver both the clients vision and at the same time remained easy to navigate and use.

The Results: The client was happy with the look and feel of the site and the layout went a long way in simplifying a complex process. We have since reworked the site a couple of times to incorporate the users feedback. The positive and interactive working relationship with the client has resulted in the blue mango undertaking all of the clients web, print and multimedia needs.
